Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email amariegems@gmail.com. Returns are processed within 48 hours.

If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Custom items, personalized products, final sale items, and accidentally damaged items are not eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

For fastest service, return your original item once approved and place a new order for your desired item.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank.
